Weird, I recently just came back playing Honkai after a year of inactivity and although the characters I have were from the old 'meta' (back when herrscher kiana was the strongest), I find little to no problems keeping up. Might screw around and use gambler for once, martial artist seems like a good option as well. he means for competitive gem farming content like abyss or memorial or others, u need to follow meta since that's competitive PVE scored between other player.
